These standards may be established to ensure the safety of employees, to maintain an appearance of neatness and cleanliness among employees, or to further other purposes related to conducting university business.<\/p>\n<p>Department heads that wish to establish a departmental dress code are encouraged to consult with a Human Resources Department representative.
