All services are confidential. These are offered to individuals, groups, or departments and most are free of charge. Services are tailored to the specific needs of those requesting assistance.<\/p>\n<p>Services available include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>counseling<\/li>\n<li>biofeedback<\/li>\n<li>crisis intervention during the workday<\/li>\n<li>information and referral<\/li>\n<li>conflict management<\/li>\n<li>supervisor and employee consultation<\/li>\n<li>education, training and development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For more information, contact the Employee Assistance and Wellness Office at 523-1552 or on the web at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nau.edu\/eaw\">www.nau.edu\/eaw<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h5>Biodyne Employee Assistance Program<\/h5>\n<p>An employee and his\/her family members who are enrolled in the NAU Blue Cross Blue Shield medical plan have an additional employee assistance program available for their use at low cost. This comprehensive mental health program offers individual and family counseling to NAU Blue Cross Blue Shield members.
