Don\u2019t miss this opportunity for your business to reach out to our new and returning students. The fair will be held August 27, 2025, on the University Union Pedway from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.<\/p>\n<h4>Applications due by August 20, 2025<\/h4>\n<p>On this page you will find the <a href=\"https:\/\/nautickets.universitytickets.com\/w\/event.aspx?id=2421\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Vendor Registration Form<\/a> and a link to our <a href=\"https:\/\/in.nau.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/238\/2021\/04\/Vendor-Policies.pdf\">vending policies<\/a>. Release forms will be emailed to you, if applicable. Registration is $225 per vendor space, unless you are an NAU department; payment is due by set-up time the day of the event and the payment link will be sent once your application is approved.<\/p>\n<h5>Important information about the event<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Set-up prior to 8:00 AM &#8211; Event from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM<\/li>\n<li>Vending spaces will be located on the University Union Pedway<\/li>\n<li>Vendor space size is 10 x 10 with one table and two chairs provided; note in the <a href=\"https:\/\/nautickets.universitytickets.com\/w\/event.aspx?id=2421\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Vendor Registration Form<\/a> if you would like more than one vendor space. Staking of tents or other objects is not permitted due to utility and irrigation lines.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Electricity is not available.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Vendors are not permitted to give-away or sell food, beverages or vitamins\/supplements.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Vending locations will be distributed on a \u201cfirst come, first serve\u201d basis.<\/li>\n<li><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">One parking permit will be provided with each registration. Additional parking is located at the San Francisco or Knoles parking garage.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Please come prepared for any weather as the event will continue rain or shine.
