Campus Health<\/a><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/in.nau.edu\/campus-health-services\/mental-health-resources\/\"><strong>Health Promotions<\/strong><\/a> is devoted to enhancing student welfare through educational initiatives, policies, and active advocacy. They have several event, project, and presentation opportunities to help you become educated on all aspects of your health and others.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/in.nau.edu\/campus-health-services\/nau-counseling-services\/\"><strong>NAU Counseling Services<\/strong><\/a> supports student health and well-being. You can chat with a trained therapist on topics like relationships, depression, adjusting to college, eating concerns, anxiety, stress, and substance use.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/in.nau.edu\/campus-health-services\/campus-health-services\/jacks-care-24-7\/\"><strong>Jack&#8217;s Care 24\/7<\/strong><\/a> is a great mental health resource that represents an added provision for the NAU community, supporting students with round-the-clock, cost-free emergency and short-term counseling assistance. This support is accessible through various channels, including text, chat, phone (866 656-9983), video calls, and more.<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/in.nau.edu\/campus-health-services\/medical-services\/\">Medical Services<\/a> <\/strong>provides accessible care both in-person and through Telehealth choices. This campus food pantry provides non perishable canned and boxed goods, fruit, meat, beans, pasta, grains, eggs, fresh fruits, vegetables, and bread.<\/p>\n<p>Louie\u2019s Cupboard offers grab and go bags available Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. &#8211; 5:00 p.m. at the Dean of Students suite, University Union Room 104 with a required grab and go bag form (found in the Dean of Students office or on their website).<\/p>\n<p>Louie&#8217;s Cupboard also has biweekly distributions with dates listed on their website. U.C.A.N<\/strong><\/a><\/h3>\n<p>University Coaching for Activity and Nutrition is a health coaching service at NAU for students, faculty, and staff looking to make a health supporting change.
