Undergraduate research experience<\/h1>\n

If you are interested in\u00a0volunteering in the lab, please contact Dr. Traustad\u00f3ttir<\/a>. Typically students must commit to volunteering ~ 5-10 hours per week, including attending a weekly lab meeting\/journal club. Most of our human research protocols take place in the morning, so you need to have at least some mornings free to get experience with clinical trials. In general, you must volunteer in the lab for at least one semester before you are eligible to receive class credit (Bio 485).<\/p>\n
