Commit to the program for one academic year<\/li>\n
Meet regularly (monthly) throughout the academic year<\/li>\n
Provide an evaluation of the program<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

We hope this mentoring program is rewarding for both the mentor and the mentee and will complement already existing mentor programs within the new faculty member’s home department. Mentor\/Mentee matches are made by mid-September. You can expect to be contacted with your match by email at that time.<\/div>\n
