Analysts provide a range of activities from simple data aggregation to complex statistical analysis in support of university operations and Strategic Enrollment and Marketing functions.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Develop processes for collecting and analyzing data to support the development of short and long term enrollment, recruitment, and persistence strategies.<\/li><li>Use inferential and descriptive statistical techniques to analyze data and produce information on enrollment, student characteristics, academic performance, degree programs, market competitors, etc.<\/li><li>Interpret, communicate, and apply results of data analysis to inform day to day enrollment management functions.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A collaborative, consultative approach is foundational to the Analytics and Assessment Office. The team works closely with divisional and university partners to identify and measure outcomes, provide training, refine analytical techniques\/methods, and engage in the application of findings to
