The Strategic Enrollment and Marketing Communications team serves as digital marketers, communication analysts, content producers, and social strategists. The team recognizes the complexity of pursuing a college education—from seeking admission to matriculation and beyond—and works to simplify the process of becoming an NAU student through clear and effective messaging. It also serves to promote the NAU experience to prospective students, supporting the university’s overall recruitment efforts.
The day-to-day work consists of creating and delivering emails, publications and mailings to students and their families, utilizing data and consistent branding to drive overall communication success. The team offers communication support for departments within Strategic Enrollment and Marketing and other departments across campus.
