Get to know fellow forestry peers in the Northern Arizona University\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/in.nau.edu\/school-forestry\/forestry-club\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Forestry Club<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<h3>Xi Sigma Pi<\/h3>\n<p>Xi Sigma Pi is a national forestry honor society that exists to foster scholarship in forestry students. Xi Sigma Pi was founded in 1908 at the University of Washington as an honor society meant to recognize excellence among students of traditional forest management. The <a href=\"https:\/\/in.nau.edu\/school-forestry\/xi-sigma-pi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Alpha Pi Chapter<\/a>\u00a0of Northern Arizona University was formed in 1975.<\/p>\n<div class=\"eplus-bg-color-row bg-color-nau-yellow\"><div class=\"eplus-bg-color-row-content\">\n<h3>Logging Sports<\/h3>\n<p>We are Northern Arizona University\u2019s true lumberjacks,\u00a0reflecting the roots of traditional forestry practices through\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/in.nau.edu\/school-forestry\/logging-sports\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Logging Sports<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<h3>NAU SAFE Chapter<\/h3>\n<p>The Student Association for Fire Ecology (SAFE) is a national student chapter affiliated with the Association for Fire Ecology (AFE) and works to promote the application of fire ecology through science and education. <a href=\"http:\/\/nausafe.com\">NAU SAFE<\/a> can be found on\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/SAFE.NAU\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Facebook<\/a>\u00a0or contacted\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:nausafe@gmail.com\">by email<\/a>.<\/p>\n<div class=\"eplus-bg-color-row bg-color-nau-yellow\"><div class=\"eplus-bg-color-row-content\">\n<h3>International Forestry Student Association (IFSA)<\/h3>\n<p>Interested in traveling abroad, going outside, and learning more about environments around the world? IFSA is a global organization focused on creating a world that appreciates forests and spreading education worldwide.
