Recently announced<a href=\"https:\/\/knowyourwaternews.com\/and-the-winners-arestudents-recognized-for-water-research\/\"> 2020 CAP Awards for Water Research<\/a> went to Environmental Sciences &amp; Policy grad <strong>Mary Samar<\/strong> for her thesis <a href=\"https:\/\/library.cap-az.com\/documents\/education\/2020-Samar.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">On the precipice of transition: water, crops and adaptation in Pinal County, Arizona<\/a>\u00a0and Geology grad <strong>Riley Swanson<\/strong> for his thesis <a href=\"https:\/\/library.cap-az.com\/documents\/education\/2020-Swanson.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Quantifying the base flow of the Colorado River: its importance in sustaining perennial flow in northern Arizona and southern Utah<\/a>. Current Geology graduate student <strong>Keegan Donovan<\/strong> was also awarded the John W.
