It was our busiest month yet with 827 new service requests! The following are key updates and reminders for the month:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cases requiring a rework delay the processing of ALL cases<\/strong>. Please review the\u00a0<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/click.email.nau.edu\/?qs=9452b9ff8a03eeb8c47561f8d7999b8364f613e08c37111b0835c55395d216e85f326a009da4e61b730e74332c4256d0a2056424f32b0f36\">Top 3 Contributors to Reimbursement Rework article<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0to help prevent:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Incomplete information and documentation<\/li>\n<li>Inaccurate accounting information<\/li>\n<li>Policy violations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/click.email.nau.edu\/?qs=9452b9ff8a03eeb86ca5dd8fa57a11f238c9509e944bd0231ab994a59cd22b06b38b5323bafb27eeaecc4f1f9a88f3b6577581272281496d\">Travel training<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0continues.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/click.email.nau.edu\/?qs=9452b9ff8a03eeb8ea78fecef1993eccf23525dc2c67d8bd46455cd54c5786d5b76af3fed9644f7d6fdee792acf52ba05b342254b4dcb687\">October\u2019s training schedule<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0is available online.<\/li>\n<li>A recorded version of travel training will be available by the end of October and posted online.<\/li>\n<li>A more robust online training is being evaluated and is anticipated to be published in January.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/click.email.nau.edu\/?qs=9452b9ff8a03eeb8a1ff063cfca7f4d6e6c33654088be716aa3c9b0297cf36f1bfdcb528fc2c834edf5d6c065cc195c1ed671d0f6bbc673d\">Metrics<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>are updated for September and two additional measurements have been added:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/click.email.nau.edu\/?qs=9452b9ff8a03eeb8a1ff063cfca7f4d6e6c33654088be716aa3c9b0297cf36f1bfdcb528fc2c834edf5d6c065cc195c1ed671d0f6bbc673d\">Travel Cases by Cabinet and Branch by Type of Case<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/click.email.nau.edu\/?qs=9452b9ff8a03eeb8a1ff063cfca7f4d6e6c33654088be716aa3c9b0297cf36f1bfdcb528fc2c834edf5d6c065cc195c1ed671d0f6bbc673d\">Aging of Cases Submitted Post-Travel<\/a><\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Post-Travel cases represent travel that has not been approved prior to travel and are subordinate in processing priority to travel booking requests.
