If you are an NAU employee or student employee traveling on university business, you must complete:<\/p>\n

The Annual Travel Certification (ATC)<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n
NAU Travel Policy Training<\/strong>, presented by the Comptroller’s Office in Canvas.\n\n

NAU Authorized Driver<\/a> <\/strong>– required for traveler to drive and\/or be reimbursed for motor vehicle expenses (NAU fleet vehicle, rental car, or personal vehicle)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
DON’T FORGET – before ANY arrangements can be booked you must have submitted and have an approved Employee Service Center travel case!!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n <\/body><\/html>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n \n

Have an NAU PCard<\/a> <\/strong>– event registration, airfare, lodging, and group transportation are to be paid on a PCard<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\nDON’T FORGET – before you book ANY arrangements the traveler or department must have submitted and have an approved Employee Service Center<\/a> travel case!!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n <\/body><\/html>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n \n

Training Opportunities<\/h2>\n
NAU Travel Policy Training<\/strong> includes a high-level review of university travel policy and documentation requirements. Training delivery is via Canvas web module. You will need to enroll and complete the training once per fiscal year.<\/p>\n

If a department, college, or division would like to schedule a personalized travel policy training, please email CMP.Training@nau.edu<\/a> and include the specifics of your request.<\/p>\n
Booking Travel Training presented by RPSU<\/strong> is an in-person<\/span> lecture style training, with practical exercises, for those PCard holders who would like instruction on booking University Business Travel for themselves and\/or others. Each session is 2 hours including Q&A time. While not required, this training is advantageous for anyone looking to be compliant with NAU Travel Policy.<\/p>\n
<\/strong>For non-Mtn. Campus (Flagstaff) employees, only, there is a MS TEAMS training held the same week as the scheduled in-person training. Please email CMP.Training@nau.edu<\/a><\/b> for specific dates and times.<\/strong><\/p>\n**
