What is Rethink Possible?
Rethink Possible is a series of engaging, interactive eight-week courses centered around the “big questions” of college and beyond. These courses are either a USC 150 or a USC 199.
Tackle these questions and more in a small-classroom environment,
facilitated by passionate instructors.

Making Major Decisions Accordion Closed
This course is designed to help you make big decisions in general, and decisions about your major in particular. Through identifying strengths and interests, setting goals, clarifying values, and reflecting on the decision making process, you will develop a framework for making academic, career, and life decisions. Seizing Major Opportunities Accordion Closed
Still uncertain about you major? Do you want to learn how to invest in yourself? In this course, you will create opportunities to develop your personal and professional identity to assist you in making major and/or career decisions with the assistance of peer leadership.
Maximizing Brain Power Accordion Closed
Your intelligence is not fixed. You have the power to improve and enhance your mental powers. Much like muscles respond to physical exercise, your brain responds to a regular, diverse, and vigorous workout of mental challenges. This course—Maximizing Brain Power—focuses on strategies to improve cognitive performance and optimize learning by using your brain’s natural abilities. One credit. Letter grade only. Optimizing Strengths Accordion Closed
What are my unique strengths and how can I optimize these to be successful in college, career, and life? This course uses the Strengths Quest Inventory as a basis for developing strategies for decision making, relationship building and learning. One credit. Letter grade only.
Career Launch Accordion Closed
Are you graduating soon or gearing up to launch your career? This 100 percent online course prepares you for a networking, job searching, and professional branding in a 21st century world. One credit. Letter grade only. Offered Summer 2018.

- Log into your LOUIE account
- Under Academics, select Search
- Select the relevant Term
- Under Class Search, select the Subject (USC) and Course Nbr (150)
- Click on the green “search” button
- Find the course section that interests you, put them in your shopping cart, and when your enrollment appointment arrives, enroll!
Spring and Fall classes run in the first or second 8 eight weeks of the semester
