PIs and PDs can email these OSP contacts directly from the dashboard with questions about their sponsored project information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Information displayed for sponsored projects is updated nightly to ensure PIs and PDs have the most current transactional information related to their sponsored projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The PI Dashboard provides key information to help PIs and PDs monitor financial activity for their sponsored projects. Additional features may be added in future updates based on user feedback and evolving project management needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Accessing the PI Dashboard<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For security and data integrity purposes, IRA requires all personnel utilizing the PI   Dashboard complete FERPA and Tableau training prior to accessing the dashboard. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Required training<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/in.nau.edu\/ferpa\/\">FERPA training<\/a> &#8211; The tutorial and quiz are located under the menu bar. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/in.nau.edu\/data-governance\/training-opportunities\">Tableau Data Usage and Access training<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chrome is the recommended browser for the Tableau Training portal. Please be sure to select the \u201csubmit\u201d button so a completion record is created.
