A harness configured to support an individual may then be coupled to the cart. A low-power motor system with a path-planning algorithm is incorporated into the harness to transfer a cart between rooms. The harness includes a body weight support system that will minimize the negative inertia and frictional effects of the system to provide comfort and body weight support to the
