Users who sign up for a free account on the NextRequest portal can make requests, track their status and download records all in one location. Alternatively, requests can be directed to NAU Communications. To do so, fill out and sign the <a href=\"https:\/\/news.nau.edu\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/NAU-Public-Records-Request-Form.pdf\">public records request form<\/a> and email it to <a href=\"mailto:NAUComm@nau.edu\">NAUComm@nau.edu<\/a>. When making a request, please include as much detail as possible, such as the date range of the request, what specific public record or information is being requested and any other supporting details to assist with identifying the requested records.<\/p>\n<div class=\"eplus-bg-color-row bg-color-nau-blue\"><div class=\"eplus-bg-color-row-content\">\n<p>Many of NAU\u2019s records are available online. If your request is related to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Budget: <a href=\"https:\/\/in.nau.edu\/budget\/reports\/\">Check NAU\u2019s budget book, which goes back six years.<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Enrollment and other data: <a href=\"https:\/\/in.nau.edu\/institutional-research\/reports\/\">Institutional Research and Analysis<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Employee contact information: <a href=\"https:\/\/directory.nau.edu\/\">NAU directory<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The NAU PD has a separate public records process.
