The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act sets forth complex requirements. There are gray areas in this law, and frequently situations arise that are open to interpretation. We don’t expect every employee at NAU to be a FERPA expert, so when these cases come up, contact the following local “experts” for help<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
