These pathways lead to high-demand careers, all while allowing students to stay close to home and contribute to their local communities. Through our collaborative workforce training and academic programs, students can upskill or earn new credentials, achieving their academic and career goals. Together, we empower individuals to drive local economic growth and community development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NAU\u2019s is making a significant impact across the state by tailoring a unique and optimized portfolio of academic programs that align with labor market demands. Through workforce research, regional demand analyses, and strong industry partnerships, we are constantly exploring new ways to serve our communities by offering the most relevant academic programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Furthermore, we offer alternative pathways to its programs through partnerships with organizations and businesses that sponsor their employees to earn academic credentials and advance their careers.
