instructions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Review\">Review packet materials<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Click the Review Candidate link in the notification email.<\/li><li>Alternatively, log in to <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.faculty180.com\/sysadmin\/login.php?dbID=nau\" target=\"_blank\">FAAR\/RPT<\/a> and find the case on your home page or by clicking Cases under Review, Promotion &amp; Tenure.<\/li><li>Click the Read Case button next to the search bar.<\/li><li>Navigate through the Document Reader to view submitted materials.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Review\">Moving the case forward after pre-check (chairs only)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-p3\"><em>This step is only done at the initial pre-check step<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Click Cases under Review, Promotion &amp; Tenure.<\/li><li>After verifying that all cases are ready for review, click the check box just under the search box and press &#8220;Send Forward&#8221;<\/li><li>Write a message to the committee members and press Send.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Submit\">Submit recommendation\u2014letter and decision form<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Click Case Details at the top of the case.<\/li><li>Click the +Add button to add a recommendation letter to Required Items, selecting the appropriate review level in the Section dropdown during upload.<\/li><li>Click Fill Out Form link under Required Items \u203a Forms to select the recommendation choice.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Share\">Share decision letter to candidate and invite to respond<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-p3\"><em>This step is only done if the dean\u2019s office designates this task to reviewers.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Go to Case Materials tab \u203a Internal Section and select the decision letter.<\/li><li>Select Share from the blue toolbar and click With Candidate. Add a subject and message.<\/li><li>For P&amp;T cases, select Enable in the Details box, and enter &#8220;Candidate rebuttal.&#8221;<\/li><li>Set the deadline to 12 days from now.<\/li><li>Select the current Internal Section relevant to the response.
