Whether your passion is addressing food sovereignty, energy democracy, affordable housing, or other social and environmental challenges, our Sustainable Communities master\u2019s degree<\/a>, Community-University Public Inquiry program<\/a>, and undergraduate minor in Community Engagement<\/a> prepare you to make a difference\u2014right now.<\/p>\n

Our program enables students to address the root causes of socio-ecological dilemmas and contribute to positive change in our communities. SUS programs cultivates dynamic, well-rounded leaders in sustainability, civic engagement, interdisciplinary research, and social justice. Your faculty mentors<\/a> will bring expertise from a variety of disciplines\u2014sociology, anthropology, environmental sustainability, and public health\u2014to support your unique program of study based on issues you are compelled to address.<\/p>\n
