Mailings that are not in envelopes or do not lay completely flat require tabs. Never staple these items.<\/p>\n<p>Folded material <strong>must<\/strong> have fold at the bottom. Place the mailing permit in the upper right hand corner and your complete return address in the upper left hand corner.
