Directions for Websites, Task 4<\/h1>\n

“Western U.S. Climate Historical Summaries” Website<\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. Click on “New Selection Tool”<\/li>\n
  2. Using the arrows and magnifying tool at the left, zoom in to your area.<\/li>\n
  3. Click on “Show Stations”<\/li>\n
  4. Choose the station nearest your location.<\/li>\n
  5. Click on the red station marker.<\/li>\n
  6. Open for climate data.<\/li>\n
  7. On the left of this page there is a menu.<\/li>\n
  8. \u00a0Find “Monthly Temperature Listings Average” Years will be on far left and the average monthly temperature will be\u00a0on the far right.<\/li>\n
  9. Locate the years you want by scrolling down the page.<\/li>\n
  10. On the left menu, you will also find Precipitation.<\/li>\n
  11. \u00a0Under Monthly Precipitation Listings, click on “Monthly Totals”.\u00a0\u00a0Again the year is on the left and the total precipitation for that year is on the right.<\/li>\n
  12. \u00a0Scroll down until you find the same years for which you recorded temperatures.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    “Online Conversion” Website<\/h2>\n
      \n
    1. There is a large menu. Scroll down for Temperature.<\/li>\n
    2. Convert your temperature.<\/li>\n
    3. Then go back to the home page and choose Length to convert inches to centimeters.<\/li>\n
    4. Choose the “from” as the degrees fahrenheit or the inches.<\/li>\n
    5. Choose the “to” as the degrees Celsius or the centimeters.<\/li>\n
