These data entries must be organized in a way that patterns, trends or changes can be observed easily and clearly. We call this process <strong><em>data analysis<\/em><\/strong>. The skills for data analysis are found in math, science and technology.<\/div>\n<h2>Step 1<\/h2>\n<p>Check out the <a href=\"https:\/\/in.nau.edu\/pinyon-webquest\/data-analysis-sample-page\/\">Data Analysis\u00a0<\/a><a title=\"Sample Page\" href=\"https:\/\/in.nau.edu\/pinyon-webquest\/data-analysis-sample-page\/\" target=\"_self\">Sample Page<\/a>. Take notes in your notebook on the information given about Sunset Crater. Do you think the scientists have interpreted the data in a reasonable way? What seems to be\u00a0happening to the Pinyon at Sunset Crater?<\/p>\n<h2>Step 2<\/h2>\n<p>Is climate change occurring in your area?<\/p>\n<p>Print the student page.\u00a0You will also want to print out the <a title=\"Directions for Website page\" href=\"http:\/\/in.nau.edu\/pinyon-webquest\/directions-for-website-task-4\/\" target=\"_self\">Directions for Website page<\/a>. Access the following site and fill in the information asked for on the student page. Make a graph of your data and look for any patterns to\u00a0help you decide whether you think climate change\u00a0might be going on locally for you.
