Switch to companies that are dedicated to ethical and sustainable practices. There are so many companies that are trying to make a difference through products that they produce and when you buy from them it shows you are committed to helping the environment as well! Here are some fair trade companies that can help reduce your impact on the environment.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

    1. Everlane<\/b> – They make everything from sweatshirts to shoes and accessories at a fair price. Their mission is \u201cradical transparency,\u201d to them it means partnering with ethical factories, source from the best materials, and showing the true cost of every product they make. $-$$<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. PACT<\/b> – They use only 100% organic cotton, are fair trade factory certified, and are known for how soft their clothes are. They have bedding, and clothing for women, men and kids. Their motto is to value kindness towards humans, and the planet. $<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. ABLE<\/b> – This brand is focused on ending generational poverty by providing women with economic opportunities. By providing an alternative means of making money for women in poverty, it can help end the cycle of poverty and strengthen an entire community. They make leather goods, jewelry, denim, clothing, and footwear. $-$$<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. Aruna Project – This company is fair trade certified, and they help in freeing and employing women in Mumbai, India. When you purchase these products you help the Aruna Project provide transitional housing, financial security, and health care to the women who make their products.     5. Ben & Jerry\u2019s <\/b>– They are a B corporation, which is re<\/span>cognized as the highest standard for social corporate responsibility<\/span>. They use <\/span>their business to solve social and environmental problems. For almost 30 years they have been reporting the companies social and environmental assessment, to be more transparent. They are focused on sustainable economic growth, and making great ice cream! $<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
