Pretty crazy right? <\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Just like many mentors and faculty here at NAU we want you to succeed! <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Here are a few quick tips to pull through the semester and stay motivate<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-tall-banner-image-sm wp-image-1400 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/in.nau.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/176\/blogpic-3-403x186.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"403\" height=\"186\" \/><\/span><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Block Out Your Study Times:\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">45 minutes a session with 15 minute breaks. Use a planner, or download a productivity app!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Make every other day a different focus. If you\u2019re aiming for that A for your third test, and you might have more than one test this month, plan ahead and study one or two subjects a day. Proceed to alternate so you\u2019re not overloading yourself! <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Example: I\u2019ll study Biology and Chemistry on Mondays &amp; Wednesdays. Then, I\u2019ll switch it up to Japanese and Physics on Tuesdays &amp; Thursdays! <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can apply it to your own schedule and it doesn\u2019t have to be two, it can be three at max. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Go. To. Sleep:\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can\u2019t be at your very best if you\u2019re not well rested right? Make a cut-off time that\u2019s appropriate for your schedule, and allow yourself at least 6-7 hours of sleep. If you keep pushing your sleep off, you\u2019ll eventually burn out. How will you achieve your goals then?<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-tall-banner-image-sm wp-image-1401 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/in.nau.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/176\/blogpic1-1-403x186.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"403\" height=\"186\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>G O A L S:\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Continue to reflect at your goals and update them to your needs! Achieve little doable baby steps to get to your <\/span><b>ULTIMATE goal. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reward yourself when you reach these goals! <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stay positive! Whether the semester may have been difficult for you, or it\u2019s be a breeze, keep it up!
