(revised 2\/7\/2020)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Foreign talent recruitment programs:<\/strong> All investigators must complete, certify, and submit the <a href=\"https:\/\/in.nau.edu\/osp\/forms-worksheets-tools\/ftrp-form\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">foreign talent recruitment programs form<\/a> to the OSP prior to proposal submission and annually for the duration of any sponsored project. (published 8\/28\/2024)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Late submission waiver request:<\/strong> The OSP requires that a complete sponsored project proposal package be received no later than four (4) business days prior to the sponsor\u2019s deadline to allow reviews for compliance with sponsor and university requirements and on-time submission to the sponsor. When a sponsored project proposal package must be provided late to OSP, an approved waiver is required in order to proceed with this review and submission to the sponsor if at all possible. The form can also be used to request updates to name, department affiliation, or role.
