The Jean Shuler Research Mini-Grant is designed to promote scholarly student research under the guidance of a faculty mentor. Students should propose the research, scholarly, or creative project to a faculty mentor for collaboration. These grants provide students with financial support of up to $500 for consumable materials, training fees, or travel expenses related to completing a project. Mini-grants may not be used to pay salaries or for gifts. All completed applications will be reviewed by a committee and at least four mini-grants will be awarded each semester. Includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experiences you have had that have prepared you for the project<\/li>\n<li>Training you have received that makes you qualified to carry out the project<\/li>\n<li>Personal goals and desired learning outcomes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>6. Budget<br>\n7. Unofficial copy of transcripts<br>\n8. Faculty Mentor Recommendation (link sent upon submission of student application).
