Consortium Agreement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A financial aid consortium agreement is a contract between a student and NAU allowing the student to receive financial aid from NAU to pay for and successfully earn credit hours at both NAU and another college or university.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The CEP Consortium Agreement is only for students enrolled in the Nursing Concurrent Enrollment Programs.<\/strong> All other students, including Mid-ADN to BSN students seeking a consortium agreement, will use a different <a href=\"https:\/\/in.nau.edu\/office-scholarships-financial-aid\/consortium-agreements\/\">consortium agreement<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How it works<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>After your CEP Consortium Agreement is processed, your NAU financial aid will disburse and pay your NAU charges, with any remaining aid being directly deposited to you. We recommend students either set up a payment plan or pay their community college tuition and fees out of pocket to avoid their classes being dropped for non-payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to apply<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Complete and submit the <a href=\"https:\/\/in.nau.edu\/office-scholarships-financial-aid\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/390\/2026\/04\/CEP-Nur-Consortium-Form-3-19-2026.pdf\" data-type=\"URL\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CEP Consortium Agreement form<\/a>.<\/li><li>Complete the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/studentaid.gov\/h\/apply-for-aid\/fafsa\" target=\"_blank\">Free Application for Federal Student Aid<\/a> (FAFSA) using NAU school code 001082.<\/li><li>Monitor your <a href=\"https:\/\/in.nau.edu\/louie\/\">LOUIE<\/a> student account and NAU email account for important updates and requested documents.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A couple of considerations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>If you did not receive full-time financial aid (12+ units) for both fall and spring at your community college, you may be eligible for aid at NAU.<\/li><li>If your starting semester consists of only NAU classes, a CEP Consortium Agreement is not needed.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dates and deadlines<\/h2>\n\n\n<section         class=\"nau-article-block-simple-color-text-photo bg-sunset \">\n    \n\n    \n        <hr role=\"none\" class=\"hr-clearspace-20 d-none-md\">\n\n                        <p><strong>Priority dates to submit CEP Consortium Agreement form:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fall: August 1<\/li>\n<li>Spring: December 1<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Submit your form by the priority date to ensure that it will be processed by the financial aid disbursement date for that term.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Final deadline <\/strong><strong>to submit CEP Consortium Agreement form:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>7 days before the 100% tuition refund deadline for the term. This date will vary by term. Visit the <a href=\"https:\/\/in.nau.edu\/registrar\/important-dates\/\">NAU Registrar&#8217;s website<\/a> to see what that date is for a given term.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n    \n\n<\/section>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility and responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For more information on eligibility and student responsibilities, explore <a href=\"https:\/\/in.nau.edu\/office-scholarships-financial-aid\/consortium-agreements\/\">NAU Consortium Agreements<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>In addition to the eligibility requirements at the link above, students seeking a consortium agreement may have no more than 64 transfer credits. Exceptions to this include: 90\/30 Interdisciplinary Studies, RN\/BSN, and other NAU programs that allow more than 64 credits to be transferred toward an NAU degree program. There is no transfer credit limit for students taking their non-parent courses at Arizona Western College.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Helpful links<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n<section
