First, continue to make use of CHS resources on campus before you leave, like STI testing, physical exams and preventative health visits. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Next, ensure your vaccinations are up to date and download your health record<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">from the\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.campushealth.nau.edu\/LoginDualAuth\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">CHS patient portal<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.\u00a0Make a plan\u00a0for insurance, primary\u00a0care\u00a0and counseling support to ensure you are supported in your health and wellness after graduation.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u201cBe sure to take advantage of services at CHS before heading to your next adventure,\u201d said <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Mark Pico<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, director of CHS Medical Services. \u201cCampus Health Services is located in the Health and Learning Center and is a great way to address lingering concerns from springtime or anticipatory needs before the fall semester.\u201d<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">When looking for an off-campus primary care provider, consider asking trustworthy family members,\u00a0friends\u00a0or coworkers for recommendations; consulting medical centers near you; or checking your insurance company\u2019s provider directory.
