The NAU Art Museum will open its doors to Japan with an upcoming show, Eight Contemporary Artists of Japan, opening Friday, April 11, with a reception that evening from 6-8 p.m.<\/p>\n
Franklin Willis<\/strong>, associate professor of painting, is curating the show, which includes Japanese artists Shinji Imai, Yuri Okuno, Junichi Sato, Kazuko Tajima, Michiko Tsurumaki, Norihiko Seto, Sei Saito and Al Hinton.<\/p>\n “These artists envision the energy of their art and creative collaboration as a movement within society,” Willis said.<\/p>\n The exhibit will run from April 11-July 11.
