This chia seed parfait is the perfect grab-and-go breakfast or midday treat!<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients for 2-3 servings:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 tbsp chia seeds<\/li>\n<li>6 oz milk of choice (almond or oat work great)<\/li>\n<li>2 cups frozen fruit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>1. Mix chia seeds with milk. Stir well and let sit for about 15 minutes until thick.<\/p>\n<p>2. Pur\u00e9e fruit in blender.<\/p>\n<p>3. Fill a cup, bowl or mason jar halfway with the frozen fruit pur\u00e9e. Then layer the chia mixture on top.<\/p>\n<p>4.
