The issue, \u201c<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/link.springer.com\/article\/10.1007\/s12116-023-09417-9\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Development Elites, Impacted Communities, and Environmental Governance in Latin America<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">,\u201d explores environmental policy implementation, sustainable development regulations and the influences communities can have on these government actions.
