{"id":64520,"date":"2021-11-12T14:27:09","date_gmt":"2021-11-12T21:27:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/in.nau.edu\/news\/?p=64520"},"modified":"2021-11-19T16:59:23","modified_gmt":"2021-11-19T23:59:23","slug":"2022-regents-cup","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/in.nau.edu\/news\/2022-regents-cup\/","title":{"rendered":"Application opens for annual Regents\u2019 Cup\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Open to all majors, this year\u2019s Regents\u2019 Cup\u2014a tri-university annual debate competition sponsored by the Arizona Board of Regents\u2014is a great opportunity for students to practice public speaking, critical thinking and organization while engaging with their peers from throughout the state. This year, the debate will center on the importance of the preservation of democracy and for the first time will be hosted at NAU. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The competition will be held on April 30,\u00a0but training, coaching and preparation begin now.
