Below are a list of enhanced resources that are available to members of the Lumberjack community:<\/p>\n<p>1. All NAU students, faculty and staff can use their NAU credentials to access a fully-licensed Zoom account.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Go to <a href=\"https:\/\/nau.zoom.us\/\">nau.edu\/zoom\u00a0<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Enter your NAU credentials<\/li>\n<li>Click &#8220;Join&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>For more information on Video Conferencing at NAU, refer to the <a href=\"https:\/\/in.nau.edu\/its\/video-conferencing\/\">Video Conferencing Page<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2. A drive-up Wi-Fi service is available in parking lot 16 (<a href=\"https:\/\/in.nau.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/119\/2019\/08\/2019-2020-Campus-Map.pdf\" target=\"new\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">see parking map to locate lot P16<\/a>) for those who would like to self-isolate.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The service is located on the east side of the parking lot along the west edge of the University Union Fieldhouse.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3. A new, higher capacity VPN is now available.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To download Cisco AnyConnect, view the <a href=\"https:\/\/in.nau.edu\/its\/remote-services\/\" target=\"new\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Remote Services at NAU page<\/a> online.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>ITS is also partnering with the Teaching &amp; Learning Center and NAU Online and launching a <a id=\"nau_COVID_19_preparation_site\" href=\"https:\/\/in.nau.edu\/its\/covid19-preparation\/\">COVID-19 preparation site<\/a>\u00a0to help faculty add basic content and activities to Blackboard Learn along with recommendations for communication with students.
