McConnell Drive will be open Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Those traveling through the area anytime outside of the posted hours will be subject to delays, closures and redirection to alternate routes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Drivers should use caution and reduce their speed when driving through the construction area.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ADOT has secured overhead protection for pedestrians moving through the area and have prohibited use of the south side shoulder containing the onramps. Signs have been posted advising people to use the north side Urban Trail System to ensure their safety. Pedestrian travel will be allowed during nighttime construction even when vehicle travel is detoured.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Construction will halt after Oct. 30 and begin again in April.
