This does not apply to family members or the general public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What to bring:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A completed application\u2013available both <a href=\"https:\/\/travel.state.gov\/content\/travel\/en\/passports.html\">online<\/a> and on-site<\/li><li>Your NAU ID<\/li><li>A check or money order made out to the U.S. Department of State\u2013$110 for regular six-week service or $186.48 for two-to three-week service<\/li><li>Original birth certificate or previous passport if applying for renewal<\/li><li>Driver&#8217;s license or a state-issued ID with an additional photo ID<\/li><li>Legal documentation of any name change<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Passports photos can be taken on-site for $10.
