Tuesday is Election Day. Here are some important things to be aware of when it comes to voting:<\/p>\n
Know where to go to vote.<\/strong> Go to the Secretary of State\u2019s website<\/a> to determine your precinct\u2019s polling place. Voting for all precincts is available at the Walkup Skydome (east concourse) and the Flagstaff Mall, next to J.C. Penney. Polling places are open from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Nov. 6.<\/p>\n Know about the candidates and the issues.<\/strong> The Coconino County Elections Office<\/a> has information about the candidates and ballot initiatives Arizona voters are considering.<\/p>\n Know what to bring to the polls on Election Day.<\/strong> Identification is required! A valid Arizona driver\u2019s license, tribal enrollment card or valid federal identification such as a passport is sufficient. The address must be correct, or voters need some other proof of address, such as a piece of mail. See the Coconino County website<\/a> for identification requirements.<\/p>\n Voting early?<\/strong> People who received a ballot in the mail and have not mailed it should drop it off at a voting location on or before Nov. 6.
