The paper discusses how low-level immune activity can predict reduced child growth.<\/li>\n<li>College of Arts and Letters professor <strong>Michael Amundson <\/strong>has won a grant from the National Geographic Society\u2019s Committee for Research and Exploration. The grant will support Amundson\u2019s proposed project, \u201cGlacier National Park Revisited: Rephotographing Clyde A. McCoy\u2019s 1940 Color 3D.\u201d<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bjorn Krondorfer<\/strong>, College of Arts and Letters professor and director of the Martin-Springer Institute, was selected for the Santa Fe Art Institute\u2019s thematic residency program, Truth &amp; Reconciliation. This prestigious program brings together 70 artists, creative practitioners, content experts and innovative thinkers to explore how the truth can be used as a means of reconciliation.<\/li>\n<li>College Choice ranked Northern Arizona University<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>in four lists for <strong>online health science degrees<\/strong> including <a href=\"https:\/\/www.collegechoice.net\/rankings\/best-online-health-science-degrees\/\">Best<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.collegechoice.net\/rankings\/best-online-masters-in-health-science-degrees\/\">Best Master\u2019s<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.collegechoice.net\/rankings\/most-affordable-online-health-science-degrees\/\">Most Affordable<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.collegechoice.net\/rankings\/most-affordable-online-masters-in-health-science-degrees\/\">Most Affordable Master\u2019s<\/a>. NAU ranked No. 16 for best online, No. 13 for best online Master\u2019s, No. 13 for most affordable online and No. 9 for most affordable online.<\/li>\n<li>KNAU\u2019s <strong>Aaron Granillo\u00a0<\/strong>won a regional Edward R. Murrow award for best writing for his story \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/knau.org\/post\/arizona-prison-inmates-find-freedom-through-training-wild-horses\">Arizona Prison Inmates Find Freedom Through Training Wild Horses.\u201d<\/a>This is the 12th consecutive year KNAU has won this award.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Paul Lenze<\/strong>, senior lecturer for the Department of Politics and International Affairs, presented \u201cLeading from Behind: Obama and Trump in the Middle East\u201d at the Middle East: Between Revolts &amp; Insecurity conference at the University of Quebec-Montreal. This is the second year in a row Lenze has been invited to discuss U.S. foreign policy at the conference.<\/li>\n<li>Northern Arizona University\u2019s <strong>bachelor\u2019s of science in allied health<\/strong> has been ranked No. 11 by BestColleges.com.
