{"id":4969,"date":"2012-02-09T14:48:05","date_gmt":"2012-02-09T21:48:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/stage.headlessnauedu-b6hgdzckfdgxgzhe.westus-01.azurewebsites.net\/?p=4969"},"modified":"2012-11-15T15:58:43","modified_gmt":"2012-11-15T22:58:43","slug":"spring-undergraduate-enrollment-grows","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/in.nau.edu\/news\/spring-undergraduate-enrollment-grows\/","title":{"rendered":"Spring undergraduate enrollment grows"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Spring semester enrollment at Northern Arizona University in 2012 increased 1.6 percent from the previous spring, bringing the total student population to 23,771.<\/p>\n<p>The number of students on the Flagstaff campus\u201416,512\u2014increased 2.4 percent from spring 2011.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cStudents and their parents see the value of an education at Northern Arizona University,\u201d said NAU President\u00a0<strong>John Haeger<\/strong>. \u201cNAU continues to adapt to the needs of today\u2019s students and expects to keep growing.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In fall 2011, NAU broke yet another enrollment record with 25,364 students university-wide.
