The program was broadcast throughout Texas and provides insight into the history of the border.\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/think.kera.org\/2017\/02\/15\/the-history-of-the-u-s-mexico-border\/\">The interview can be listened to\u00a0online.<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Northern Arizona University&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Camp Kesem\u00a0<\/strong>was featured on 12 News as a &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.12news.com\/news\/local\/arizona\/12-who-care-camp-kesem-1\/407859721\">12 Who Care Honoree<\/a>&#8221; for the month of February. Camp Kesem, run by 25 NAU students, is a free, weeklong summer camp for children affected by a parent&#8217;s cancer, aimed at building a community of support. Forty-two campers ages 6-18 will attend the NAU chapter\u00a0of the nationwide community this year.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=VlHY-HKhCes&amp;t=33s\">A video about the program, featured on channel 12, can be viewed online.<\/a><\/li>\n<li>History professor\u00a0<strong>Michael Amundson<\/strong>\u00a0recently presented &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.sedona.biz\/news-from-sedona\/sedona-heritage-museum-news-from-sedona\/atomic-west-speaker-at-sedona-heritage-museum\/\">From uranium mine to Atlas missiles: Constructing and Consuming the Atomic West<\/a>&#8221; at the Sedona Heritage Museum. The talk was part of the opening of an exhibit on downwinders in northern Arizona.<\/li>\n<li>Northern Arizona University was recently\u00a0identified as one of the best value\u00a0colleges for its masters in\u00a0<strong>Early Childhood Education<\/strong>\u00a0online degree.
