{"id":45541,"date":"2016-10-26T14:15:56","date_gmt":"2016-10-26T21:15:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/stage.headlessnauedu-b6hgdzckfdgxgzhe.westus-01.azurewebsites.net\/?p=45541"},"modified":"2016-10-27T08:40:14","modified_gmt":"2016-10-27T15:40:14","slug":"naus-undergraduate-residency-moves-one-office","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/in.nau.edu\/news\/naus-undergraduate-residency-moves-one-office\/","title":{"rendered":"NAU&#8217;s undergraduate residency moves under one office"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">To improve and streamline services for students, the <a href=\"http:\/\/nau.edu\/ssc\">Student Service Center<\/a>\u00a0will now handle information, classification and petitions regarding undergraduate residency\u2014<\/span>demonstrating NAU\u2019s on-going effort to provide a one-stop shop for student services<span class=\"s1\">. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The <a href=\"http:\/\/stage.headlessnauedu-b6hgdzckfdgxgzhe.westus-01.azurewebsites.net\/new-building-one-stop-shop-students-visitors\/\">Student Service Center opened in February 2016<\/a> with cross trained staff that provide a variety of enrollment and student services including billing and payment, scholarships and financial aid, and enrollment and student records.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">&#8220;By adding undergraduate residency to our office,&#8221; says\u00a0<strong>Matt Tantau<\/strong>, director of the Student Service Center, &#8220;we can work to educate and serve students on the residency process from start to finish and explain how it effects billing and financial aid.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The Student\u00a0Service Center is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, and is located on the first floor of the SAS building.
