Hospitality schools throughout the United States were evaluated based on\u00a0the quality of the program, types of courses provided, faculty strength, the quality of business education, internship opportunities, graduate degrees, mentoring opportunities, study abroad opportunities, career fairs and reputation.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">NAU film professor\u00a0<strong>Kurt Lancaster<\/strong> recently published a book entitled <em>Production House Cinema: Starting and Running Your Own Cinematic Storytelling Business. <\/em>It\u00a0offers students and professionals a practical guide to starting their own video production company and creating cinematic, client-based video content.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Production-House-Cinema-Cinematic-Storytelling\/dp\/041581619X\">The book\u00a0is available for purchase online.<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Faculty members<b> Melissa Birkett,\u00a0<\/b>Psychological Sciences,\u00a0<b>Judith Montoya<\/b><b>,\u00a0<\/b>Geography, Planning &amp; Recreation, <b>JeanAnn Foley,\u00a0<\/b>Curriculum &amp; Instruction, <b>Ryan Kashanipour,\u00a0<\/b>History, <b>Ricardo Guthrie,\u00a0<\/b>Ethnic Studies, <b>T.
