Doug Ducey has appointed <strong>Larry Penley<\/strong>, former\u00a0professor and higher education leader, to the Arizona Board of Regents.<\/p>\n<p>Penley brings more than 40 years experience to the board, having served as president of Colorado State University and the Thunderbird School of Global Management. He was an associate professor and associate dean\u00a0at the University of Texas at San Antonio before assuming the\u00a0role as dean of Arizona State University&#8217;s\u00a0W.P.
