The talk will include satire and musical performances by Global Cabaret. The presentation is free and open to the public. For information, contact <a href=\"mailto:Bjorn.Krondorfer@nau.edu\">Bjorn Krondorfer<\/a> or <a href=\"mailto:Marilya.Veteto.Reese@nau.edu\">Marilya Veteto Reese<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cColonial Conquest in the American West and Nazi East\u201d Symposium<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The symposium kicks off with the\u00a0<span class=\"s1\">&#8220;Manifest Destiny and Living Space&#8221;\u00a0<\/span>panel discussion at 7:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 11, in the Cline Library Assembly Hall. The panel features Maureen Hlebert of the University of Calgary, Donald Fixico of Arizona State University and Edward Westermann of Texas A&amp;M University, San Antonio. The discussion is free and open to the public. Topics include war, genocide, attrition in the Nazi East and American West and European perspectives.
