They met with President <strong>Rita Cheng<\/strong> and colleagues from Enrollment Management and Student Affairs to discuss the organization\u2019s interest in developing new programs to serve Native American veteran students and increase their enrollment and retention in postsecondary education.\u00a0SVA is interested in partnering with the university because NAU shares its mission to serve Native Americans.\u00a0The discussions focused on how to leverage funding, including private and federal sources, to support joint efforts.<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>Eric Yordy<\/strong>, associate professor in the W. A. Franke College of Business, is the new editor-in-chief of the <i>Journal of Employment and Labor Law<\/i>, the official publication of the Employment Law section of the Academy of Legal Studies in Business. Yordy previously served as an articles editor and reviewer for the journal.
