Mycorrhiza, the symbiotic relationship between plant roots and fungi, affects more than 80 percent of plant species.<\/p>\n<p>Guest speaker Tom Bruns, professor of plant and microbial biology at University of California, Berkeley, will host a discussion on forest fire, fungi and the post-fire environment from 7:30 to 9 p.m. Monday, Aug. 3, in NAU\u2019s Prochnow Auditorium.
