{"id":35493,"date":"2015-03-26T16:14:28","date_gmt":"2015-03-26T23:14:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/stage.headlessnauedu-b6hgdzckfdgxgzhe.westus-01.azurewebsites.net\/?p=35493"},"modified":"2015-03-26T16:14:28","modified_gmt":"2015-03-26T23:14:28","slug":"annual-fair-to-examine-campus-assessment-efforts","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/in.nau.edu\/news\/annual-fair-to-examine-campus-assessment-efforts\/","title":{"rendered":"Annual fair to examine campus assessment efforts"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Campus efforts to examine student learning and satisfaction and evaluate university programs and services will be featured at NAU\u2019s 13th annual Assessment Fair from 3 to 5 p.m. Wednesday, April 1, at the High Country Conference Center.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">The event will feature approximately 50 poster presentations highlighting the assessment of programs and services across the university.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">President <strong>Rita Cheng\u00a0<\/strong>will provide opening remarks at 4 p.m. followed by\u00a0the awarding of the Academic Seals of Excellence. \u201cPeople\u2019s Choice\u201d prizes determined by popular vote of attendees and \u201cJudges\u2019 Choice\u201d prizes determined by a panel of judges will be presented at 4:30 p.m.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Attendees also are invited to participate in one of two roundtables that will be held from 2-2:50 p.m. in rooms on the second floor of the conference center. The topics are: sharing assessment success stories and educating the whole student: learning across the student experience.
