It can be found\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www4.nau.edu\/pair\/CabinetReports\/Cabinetindex2015.htm\">online<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>President <strong>Rita Cheng<\/strong> said NAU as a whole should be \u201cvery focused\u201d on increasing enrollment to offset any probable budget decreases. \u201cIt\u2019s all hands on deck,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bjorn Flugstad<\/strong>, interim vice president for Institutional Effectiveness, is preparing the university\u2019s\u00a0Operational and Financial Review to present to the regents during their meeting March 11 and 12 in Flagstaff. The report will link the university\u2019s operations to its strategic objectives and the Arizona Board of Regents goals.<\/p>\n<p>Enrollment Management and Student Affairs is teaming up with Athletics to sponsor\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.amphi.com\/media\/5248127\/Lumberjack-Spirit-DayInfo2.pdf\">Lumberjack\u00a0Spirit Day<\/a>\u00a0on Feb. 21. The idea is to introduce middle-school students, mostly from tribal\u00a0schools, to\u00a0participate in a panel discussion, take a campus tour, eat lunch in the Skydome and watch a men\u2019s basketball game.<\/p>\n<p>Gov.
