Mark Frost and his wife, Mary. Frost, a Flagstaff CPA, holds a regional leadership position with the LDS church.<\/p>\n<p>The 27,000-square-foot temple, on Pinnacle Peak Road in northwest Phoenix, is the fifth LDS temple in Arizona. Temples are open to the public about a month before their dedication.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eric Yordy<\/strong>, assistant professor in the W.A.
