The theme is \u201cLeading with Legacy: Finding Our Purpose and Passion.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The event\u2019s opening speaker is Jan Gehler, president of Scottsdale Community College, and the conference agenda includes topics ranging from leadership development, to increasing work\/life balance, to a mini life-coaching session.
